In early July 2019, during the Fifth International Medical Congress of Armenia, held in Yerevan, a group of doctors from Arabkir Medical Center’s Nephrology Department (Yerevan) as well as a kidney specialist from Guy’s Hospital, of London, visited ABMDR’s Stem Cell Harvesting Center. During the visit, the doctors from Arabkir Medical Center, which works closely with ABMDR, proposed further collaboration with the Registry. ABMDR welcomed the idea of helping Arabkir Medical Center with additional testing of the latter’s donors and patients.
